Gather your pods, dry, sort and store until the milling. Please bring velvet and honey....we prefer not to have the Chilean or Argentine varieties. They must be totally dry and clean of sticks,tendrils and especially rocks!
The reason we must have very dry clean pods is so we don't get the black mold, which would mean we shut down the machine and totally clean it out then wait until it is dry before resuming that could be hours.....so we don't want to go there, Ever.
Cost to process - $5 per pound of finished flour - proceeds go to Grow Phx, for the mill's restoration and upgrade
